1.JAL-JEERA

enjoy at any time. Some easily available ingredients such as mint, ginger, water, coriander
leaves, lemon juice, black salt, sugar, asafoetida, and tamarind; Jaljira is one of North India's
most popular drinks.


Ingredient of jal-jeera
1/2 cup mint leaves
6 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon black salt
8 cups of water
2 tbsp cumin seeds
Snow pieces as needed
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp ginger
4 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of asafoetida
2 teaspoons of tamarind seedless
1 teaspoon salt


How to make A JAL-JEERA
STEP1
This authentic Indian drink is perfect for summers and is a great pleasure for taste buds. What
is made of this is the use of material that helps in digestion. It is here that this simple drink can
be prepared at home without much effort. Wash and wash the mint and coriander leaves. Then
cut the leaves finely.


STEP2

          2.NIMBU PAANI

1 cup soda water
Pieces of ice

HOW  TO MAKE NIMBU PAANI

STEP1

In a glass, add coriander powder, black pepper, licking masala, cumin powder, black salt,
powder sugar and lemon juice.


STEP2

Insert soda water in the glass.

Stir it well so that all the ingredients are well mixed

Serve cold with ice topping.
